The French Basketball Cup yesterday saw the victory of two overseas teams in the 16th finals. These are the girls from Tamponnaise (Reunion) and boys from Ban-é-Lot in Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe). Both teams are playing in the round of 16 today.

The competition started at 5.15 p.m. Paris time on Saturday 22 February for both the Ban-é-Lot and the Tamponnaise. Our reporter Nicolas Bouiges followed the Guadeloupe match closely. Conclusion: 85 to 74 victory for the Ban-é-Lot. Next match at 3.30 p.m. (10.30 a.m. in Guadeloupe) this Sunday.
